All rooms are equipped to ensure to meet the needs of the contemporary patient. Patient comfort and security is a priority. Nurse call systems are present next to the beds and in the bathroom within the reach of the patient. Uninterrupted bedside security lights, telephone, satellite TV, wireless Internet connection, digital-coded safe deposit box are present in all rooms. Air conditioning system, filtered tap water, heat and light isolated windows and sound proof walls enable the comfort of the patient. The nurturing environment of the delivery rooms provides a comforting feeling for women in labor. Labor, delivery and after birth periods are carefully monitored and assisted by the trained medical staff. Spouses or partners may as well be present to coach and support the new mother.

The IVF- Assisted Reproduction Unit is headed by Professor Tarık Aksu and run by experienced professionals. All efforts are put into fulfilling the wishes of reproductively challenged couples. The state of the art technology laboratories of the Unit are; Embryology, Andrology, Freezing and Thawing, Co- Culture, Research and Development .There is also an operating room. All laboratories are monitorised by an innovative fully automated heat – humidity and particle control system in order to provide an environment resembling human body like conditions.

In the Genetics Unit, genetic counseling for families with children with a genetically disorder and for couples with genetic disorders is provided and many tests are run.

The Level 3 Adult Intensive Care Unit and Level 3 Neonatal (Newborn) Intensive Care Unit have international standards. The adult unit has 4 beds and the newborn unit has 5 newborn intensive care incubators. Sterilization is of top priority and only authorized personnel is allowed into the HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtered unit. All personnel are highly trained and hold CPR and NPR educations.
At the Medical Spa exclusive services are provided to fulfill the needs of women. Different programs are fit for every age and every individual. Yoga lessons, Pilates personal programs, prenatal exercises, labor coaching classes are given by specialists. One can choose among various diet programs such as detox, anti-aging, pregnancy and lactation diets.

Clinical Laboratories / Radiology - Medical Imaging / Emergency Ward: The laboratories run tests such as: blood biochemistry, hormones antenatal screening, tumor markers, hematology, coagulation and blood grouping, urine, cultures and antibiotic sensitivity hepatitis markers, TORCH group, infection and serology. Laboratories provide services on a 24 hour basis. All equipment and systems hold CE and IVD labels and have international certificates. Radiology Unit has a CR system, radiology work station, X-ray, bone densitometer, mammogram and 4D ultrasound. Emergency ward provide initial treatment for patients who require immediate attention. Patients are received into the indoor reception area right after the ambulance arrives at the hospital. There is an emergency reception ward and a waiting lounge for the relatives.
